Honored To Be A Guest On The Keto For Woman Show!

What can I say?  This girl has changed my life!  I was so honored when Shawn invited me to be interviewed on her Keto For Women Show podcast!  I have been following Shawn since 2015 and in 2017 I decided to sign up for her Fat Burning Female Program and work 1:1 with Shawn.  Shawn is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and personal trainer who has inspired and transformed so many women.  She is a firm believer in empowering women to get to their root cause of their health issues….just like she did for me.  Shawn has a very informative website http://www.shawnmynar.com.  She also offers numerous group programs and 1:1 health counseling.  She has been rated #1 Fitness and Nutrition Podcasts and she was named as one of the best podcasts by Healthline Best Podcasts- Keto in 2017.  It is because of Shawn that I am going back to school to also become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

In this episode Shawn talks about how Keto allows you to eat intuitively….no counting, no points, no tracking…..just listening to your body…True Food Freedom!  At the end of the podcast, Shawn interviews me and I tell my story about how Keto and her Fat Burning Female Program has changed my life!  I have met so many inspiring people on this journey.  And yes….it is still a journey.  I am not at my goal yet, but I finally know that I am on the right track!  Here is the link below!
