Low Carb Everything Bagels
I have been mostly grain-free for the past 2 years and one thing that I do miss from time to time is a great bagel. I can’t remember the last time I had a bagel made with flour. It aggravates my gluten sensitivity and they really aren’t worth eating to me any longer. But today, do I have a great recipe for you!!!! These bagels are made with almond flour. They are easy to toast, make as a sandwich, or enjoyed with cream cheese. The best part is that they are easy to make and the dough does not need to rise.
Once you have your dough combined just roll them into a ball and place them on parchment paper.
Then push your finger through the center of the ball to make a hole and then from them into the shape of a donut.
Then add the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake and then cool before slicing. I hope you enjoy them!!

Low Carb Everything Bagels
Everything Bagel Seasoning Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp poppy seeds
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sea salt course ground
- 3 tbsp dehydrated chopped onion
- 2 tbsp dehydrated minced onion
- 4 cups super-fine almond flour from blanched whole almonds
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 large eggs
- Everything Bagel Season to your liking
Combine all of the Everything Bagel Seasonings in a small bowl or salt cellar. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the baking soda with a whisk.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir. Continue to microwave and stir for 30 seconds at a time for about 2 minutes or until combined.
Place the cheese mixture into the bowl with the almond flour and baking soda mixture. Add 4 of the 5 eggs. Mix until well combined.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place 6 balls on each sheet.
Press your finger into the center of each of the balls of dough and form a donut-like shape.
Beat the remaining egg to make an egg wash. Brush the top of each bagel with the egg wash.
Sprinkle the top of each bagel with the Everything Bagel Seasoning to your liking.
Bake for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown. Cool the bagels for 10 minutes before cutting or serving. Enjoy!
