  • 2 cups Dried Organic Orange Peel Ganules
  • 1 cup Organic Fennel Seeds
  • 1 cup Organic Rosemary Leaf
  • 1 1/2 cups Peeled & Sliced Organic Ginger

  1. Combine the orange peel, fennel and rosemary in a large bowl.

  2. Peel the ginger with the back of a spoon. The fresher the ginger the better!

  3. Thinly slice the ginger and place on a tray or a freezer safe glass pan. Space out the ginger and then flash freeze for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Take the ginger out of the freezer and store in a freezer safe glass jar. Now you will have ginger on hand each time you make your tea!

  5. Scoop some of your tea mixture into your mesh tea infuser and add 3-4 slices of ginger. Let it steep for 2 minutes.

  6. You can also enjoy with some local honey (great for your immune system) or serve over ice for a delicious, cooling drink on a hot summer day! Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this recipe!
