Fresh & Easy Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Course Salad, Side Dish


  • 4 stalks organic celery chopped
  • 3 mini organic cucumbers sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs organic tomatoes, multi-color and vine ripe sliced
  • 6 oz feta cheese diced
  • organic garlic salt to taste
  • organic black pepper to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • red wine vinegar to taste splash


  1. In a large bowl combine celery, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta cheese.

  2. Season with garlic salt and pepper.

  3. Generously, pour olive oil over your salad.

  4. Add a splash of the red wine vinegar.

  5. Toss to combine. Serve or store in refrigerator to marinate for a few hours or even overnight.
