Easy Grass-Fed Beef With Mixed Vegetables

  • 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup baby bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup asparagus chopped
  • 2 tsp organic garlic salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp organic black pepper or to taste
  • red chili flakes to taste
  • 4 tbls butter grass-fed


  1. Add beef to you pan and turn the heat on medium.

  2. While browning meat, add the vegetables.

  3. Season with garlic salt, black pepper and red chili flakes.

  4. Add the butter.

  5. Cook until veggies are tender and meat is cooked.
